Strong Industry Partnerships and High Job Placement Rates
Eldoret National Polytechnic (TENP) is distinguished by its strong partnerships with prominent industries such as Rivatex East Africa Limited, New KCC, and a recently signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the County Government of Uasin Gishu to enhance Health Sciences training.
This collaboration is a significant step in establishing TENP as a leading hub for medical education, contributing to the growth of the local healthcare workforce, and ensuring the county remains a leader in medical innovation, training, and service delivery.
These partnerships offer students valuable opportunities for internships and employment, bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world job opportunities. As a result, more than 85% of TENP graduates secure employment both locally and internationally, reflecting the practical, industry-relevant skills they gain throughout their studies.
