Wednesday 5th March 2025. TENP hosted Uasin Gishu County Chief officer of Education and Vocational Traning Mrs. Eunice Suter and Director Vocational Training Mrs. Phylis Lagat who attended a collaborative meeting with The Eldoret Polytechnic Team led by Dr. Charles Koech, OGW and Mr. Emmanuel Meres DP Administration and a host of HODs. The discussion focused on areas of collaboration especially in matters capacity building of the County Tvet Trainers on CBET, Recognition of Prior Learning, Exploring partnerships in resource sharing, Skills gap analysis and joint outreach campaigns on TVET programs among other areas of mutual interest. The meeting strengthened commitment to bridging education and employment through collaboration. Both parties agreed that synergy between The Eldoret National Polytechnic and the County Vocational Training Department will enhance youth employability and drive local economic growth.
