In a proud milestone for the institute, the Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) and Global Citizenship Education (GCED) Hub was officially opened, positioning the institution at the forefront of sustainability-driven education. Leading the ceremony, Dr. Joe Bonga, Founder and CEO of Africa for SDGs, remarked, “Mainstreaming learning to promote sustainability within the classroom context is essential in driving progress towards the SDGs.” He further emphasized, “The Global Citizenship SDGs in TVET institutes will equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to contribute meaningfully to sustainable development.”
